Daily versions are counted in days your computer was backed up, so a PC that's switched off for a while keeps its older versions. The newest backup of each computer is always kept.
Questions about paying
How do I pay?
When you choose a plan you create your EverSafe account, then pay on Stripe's secure checkout page by debit or credit card. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are in your online account.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the Subscription page in your account. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and is possible as long as your backups fit in the smaller plan's storage.
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial, but new subscriptions have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If EverSafe isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. The details are in our terms of service.
What happens if I run out of storage?
EverSafe stops making new backups until you upgrade or back up fewer folders. Your existing backups stay safe and you can still restore from them. Your account and the app both show how much space you're using.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your account. Backups carry on until the end of the period you've paid for, then stop. Cancelling doesn't delete your backups, and you can still sign in and restore your files. To remove your data, delete your account: everything is permanently erased 15 days later.
